Jina is a licensed adult-geriatric nurse practitioner (ARNP) and research clinician at the UW Cancer Vaccine Institute. She has worked as an ARNP since 2018, and registered nurse since 2007. She was introduced to the exciting world of clinical research at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, while working as a research nurse in genitourinary oncology. She then transitioned to infectious diseases for several years and most recently worked on vaccine clinical studies at the UW Virology Research Clinic. She is passionate about improving education and access in clinical research. As a curious soul and life-long learner, Jina loves traveling, reading, and any opportunity to try something new.
