Aida is a first-year student at the University of Washington, intending to major in Biochemistry and Public Health. Despite her young age, Aida has already had the opportunity to work in multiple research laboratories at the University of Washington, ranging in disciplines from immunology to neuroscience. Aida joined the CVI in 2024 with a desire and commitment to learn more about disease research and vaccine development. As an aspiring physician, she hopes to gain more understanding of the cancers that directly impact millions of people and is eager to be at the forefront of innovative research aimed at combating these diseases. In her spare time, Aida loves to read, play music, learn new recipes, and swim.
